Admissions support is available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.

Entry requirements

Applicants should have completed basic or secondary education and be ready for practical, hands-on training.

A recent passport-style photograph, education history, and any available school certificates or results.

Identification

A valid national ID, passport, voter ID, or another accepted form of identification.

Eligibility

No previous culinary experience is required for foundation courses. Specialist programmes may require a placement conversation.

Yes. Your Application Reference lets you return to a saved application and check your admissions status. Keep it somewhere safe after you begin.

Complete applications are usually reviewed within a few business days. Applications that need an additional document or placement conversation may take a little longer.

Yes. Choose Apply Onsite to schedule an appointment. An admissions officer will guide you through the form, documents, programme choice, and payment steps at the school.

Payment structures vary by programme. Your admission offer will show the required first payment and available instalment schedule before enrolment is completed.

Once payment is confirmed, admissions completes your enrolment and sends the information you need to access the Student Portal, orientation details, and your class schedule.
